Campus Director’s Message

“Knowledge without service is a seed that never finds soil.”       
It is with deep gratitude to Allah Almighty and immense humility that I take on the responsibility of leading Hamdard University, Islamabad Campus, an institution that carries not just a name, but a legacy.
The vision of our Founder Chancellor, Shaheed Hakim Mohammed Said, was never merely about degrees. It was about building people, people who think, who serve, who give back. The Chancellor, Ms. Sadia Rashid, has steadfastly carried that torch forward, and our Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Engr. Imran J. Amin, has brought to it the urgency and dynamism of a rapidly changing world. It is within this inspired framework that I step forward, with a commitment to translate that vision into reality at our Islamabad Campus.            
Islamabad is not simply a city, it is the nerve centre of Pakistan’s national ambition. To be located here carries a particular responsibility: to produce graduates who do not merely enter the workforce but shape it; who do not only understand policy but influence it; and who do not wait for Pakistan’s future to arrive but actively build it. This is the standard I intend to hold this Campus to.
I bring with me years of experience at the intersection of technology, research, and national development, having built Pakistan’s first national robotics consortium, contributed to engineering accreditation frameworks, and worked alongside government, industry, and academia to translate research into real-world impact. I believe deeply that the university of today must be a bridge between the classroom and the country it serves. At Hamdard University Islamabad Campus, that bridge will be built on academic rigour, industry relevance, ethical values, and a relentless drive for excellence.
To our students: you are the reason this institution exists. You are not just our responsibility, you are our pride. Whatever you bring to this campus, your questions, your ambitions, your doubts, bring them fully. We are here to challenge you, to support you, and to prepare you not just for careers, but for lives of purpose and contribution.              
To our faculty and staff: excellence is a team endeavour. I look forward to working alongside you as a colleague, not just as an administrator. Together, we will raise the standard of what this Campus can achieve, InshaAllah.      
In the spirit of Shaheed Hakim Mohammed Said, who built an institution from two rented rooms through hard work and integrity, let us build something here that this nation can be proud of.
