(QEC) Quality Enhancement Cell
HEC IPE VISIT, 25th- 27th October,2022
The Review Panelists from the Quality Assurance Agency of the Higher Education Commission (QAA-HEC) visited Hamdard University from October 25 to October 27 to conduct Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE).
HEC Visit Day 1:
The opening meeting was headed by Prof. Dr. Syed Shabib ul Hasan, Vice Chancellor, Hamdard University. Mr. Shahzad Kayani, Director QEC, delivered a comprehensive presentation that addressed the university’s governance, facilities, physical assets, and major academic and research-related indicators. The Vice Chancellor assured his entire cooperation and backing for the smooth conduct of IPE process.
The Panel then reviewed the University Portfolio Report (UPR) and its related files.
HEC- 2ND Day Visit:
The Review Panel meet with postgraduate, graduate, and undergraduate students. Following that, they met with the faculty members and HODs of Hamdard University.
The panel interacts with the Registrar, Deans, Director Finance, Controller Examinations, and Director QEC at the final meeting.
HEC- 3rd Day Visit:
The Panel visits different faculties and administrative departments of Hamdard University. In the last they have the exit meeting with the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shabib ul Hasan and Director QEC, Mr. Shahzad Kayani. After that the Vice Chancellor honored the distinguished guests with the shields and gift bags from Hamdard Foundation.
